Let us wave our magic wands and turn boring chapatis into exciting frankies! And guess what, we are going to use all your favourite veggies and yummy paneer too. With the addition of peppy chaat masala and a bit of handiwork, the veggies turn into a tasty filling, which is tightly rolled up into the chapatis to make Chat Pati Frankies. Enjoy it fresh, with a dash of tomato ketchup and a glass of Coconut and Orange Drink .

2 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
oil for greasing and cooking
16 capsicum strips
12 tomato strips

Does this frankie or any other frankie can stay till lunch time if given in lunch box? Chapatti will b soften & wont b eatable.My daughter loves frankie, but cannot give in breakfast (10 am) & lunch (12.30pm)Pls pls suggest that how to make frankie that will not get soggy

Easy and healthy...although I think it would have been better to use at least grilled or blanched capsicum...can also add boiled sweet corn and spring onions with some soy and chilli sauce to have a Chinese twist
