"At local FedEx facility submitted at FedEx onsite" means that your package has been submitted at your local Fedex facility center. A package will be held at the location for up to 7 days.
Generally, we make deliveries from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday–Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday for residential deliveries. Residential deliveries may be eligible to be redirected to a nearby FedEx location or participating retail location like Walgreens or Dollar General to be held for pickup for up to 7 days.
