Ingredients Needed

  • Pork - If you love pulled pork and still want to eat it on WW you are in luck. Instead of using pork butt which has a ton of extra fat on it, buy pork tenderloins instead. They are much leaner and when cooked in the slow cooker you can still shred the meat to make it pulled. Chicken can also be used instead of pork and is 0 points on the blue and green plan.
  • Canned Pineapple - the juices from the canned pineapple help create the sauceor freshly cut pineapple to keep this recipe lower in points.
  • BBQ Sauce - Use your favorite store-bought brand or make your own. I used G Hughes Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce flavors
  • Onion - red or yellow will work for this recipe
