I complained on the first day about the controls in my room for a/c. Was told they would be looked at. The next six days at sea I needed heat. I complained four more times. I was given a blanket. Settled my on line account with a debit card...several hundred...then surprise surprise today they have debited almost the same amount! Leaving me overdrawn...thankfully my bank contacted me.I rang Cunard and they blamed the bank and said it was ' preauthorised" not held by them and the bank would return in 7 - 10days...the money is gone and no reply to my emails as yet...left a bad taste.

The embarkation went well better than getting out . I find this Ship beautiful but hard to find places you need to go . Full of stairways and corridors to get to where you want to go.
