Ingredients of Mutton Seekh Kabab Curry
- Mutton Kheema - 750 gm
- Green Chili Paste [हरी मिर्च पेस्ट] - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste [अदरक पेस्ट] - 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste [लेहसुन पेस्ट] - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder [जीरा पाउडर] - 1 tbsp
- Allspice Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander & Dry Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt [नमक] - to Taste
- Egg White [एग वाइट] - 1 pcs
- Edible Oil [तेल] - 2 tbsp
- Yogurt - 200 gm
- Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder [हल्दी पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
- Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder [जीरा पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
- Tandoori Masala [तंदूरी मसाला] - 1 tbsp
- Salt to Taste
- Kasuri Methi [कसूरी मेथी] - 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Cream - 50 ml
- Cashew Powder [काजू पाउडर] - 2 tbsp

Steps for Mutton Seekh Kabab Curry
Take a marination bowl. Add mutton kheema, green chili paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, allspice powder, coriander and dry red chili powder, salt to taste and egg white. Mix it well.
एक मैरिनेशन बाउल लें। मटन खीमा, हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट, अदरक का पेस्ट, लहसुन का पेस्ट, जीरा पाउडर, ऑलस्पाइस पाउडर, धनिया और सूखी लाल मिर्च पाउडर, स्वादानुसार नमक और अंडे का सफेद भाग डालें। इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं।
Now make dumplings out of the kheema mixture. And put it aside.
अब खीमा के मिश्रण से पकौड़ी बना लें. और एक तरफ रख दें।
Heat oil in a grill pan. Shallow fry the dumplings on low heat. Cook until light brown. Keep it aside.
एक ग्रिल पैन में तेल गरम करें। धीमी आंच पर पकौड़ों को हल्का तल लें। हल्का ब्राउन होने तक पकाएं। इसे एक तरफ रख दें।
Take a marination bowl. Add yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, cumin powder, tandoori masala and salt to taste. Mix it well. Yogurt mix is ready.
एक मैरिनेशन बाउल लें। दही, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, किचन किंग मसाला, जीरा पाउडर, तंदूरी मसाला और स्वादानुसार नमक डालें। इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं। दही का मिश्रण तैयार है.
Take a deep vessel. Add edible oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, kasuri methi, and yogurt mix. Cook until oil separates.
एक गहरा बर्तन लें। खाद्य तेल, अदरक का पेस्ट, लहसुन का पेस्ट, कसूरी मेथी और दही का मिश्रण डालें। तेल अलग होने तक पकाएं।
Now add fresh cream and cashew powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add mutton dumplings in the gravy. Mix it well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
अब इसमें ताजी क्रीम और काजू पाउडर डालकर 2-3 मिनट तक पकाएं. अब ग्रेवी में मटन के पकौड़े डालें. इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं और 5-7 मिनट तक और पकाएं।
